Biography
| Ron McGehee is a Regional Vice President, Leasing, Midwest Region of Centro Properties Group (US). In this role, he is responsible for the leasing of approximately 1.9 million square feet of community and neighborhood shopping centers in Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio. Prior to joining Centro, Mr. McGehee worked with a private developer in Louisville, Kentucky for 9 years. He also worked for New Plan Excel Realty Trust, a predecessor of Centro Properties Group, for 11 years working in various departments such as property management, leasing and redevelopment. Mr. McGehee has earned the designation of CCIM from the CCIM Institute and his CPM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. Mr. McGehee has been involved in the shopping center industry for over 25 years. |
