Type & Location

Portfolios of neighborhood and community shopping centers will be considered if located in or near major urban centers in the east and southeast. No enclosed malls or other commercial real estate should be submitted. Single assets will be considered only in our current areas of ownership (see Properties). There must be at least one anchor tenant and the center must be a minimum size of 100,000 square feet.

Price & Terms

No Limit: all cash or leverage.

Submission Packages

Please provide as much of the following information as possible on the initial submission:

• Site plan and/or survey showing tenant locations.
• Rent roll with complete lease details.
• Tenant gross sales reports.
• Complete profit, loss and operating statements.
• Mortgage amount and terms.
• Legal type and status of ownership.
• Photos of shopping center.
• Demographic studies.
• Area map and aerial photograph.
